Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

A research and evidence based therapy for fear, anxiety and nervousness and is a form of mindfulness where the client is taught to just observe or notice their thoughts, feelings, and emotions and learn not to judge them. In this way negative emotions, thoughts and feelings become less impactful for the individual.
